Henna aftercare.
A little patience in the first day helps your natural henna stain develop rich and long-lasting.

Let the paste stay put
Keep the henna paste on for as long as comfortably possible—ideally 4 to 6 hours. Try not to touch, smudge, or cover it with anything wet.

Scrape—don’t rinse
When you’re ready, gently scrape off the dry paste with your fingers. Avoid water at this stage; a small amount of natural oil can help lift any remaining flakes.

Keep it dry for the first day
Avoid washing the area for 12 to 24 hours whenever possible. The stain will continue to deepen as it oxidizes, especially over the first two days.

Moisturize and enjoy
Keep the skin moisturized and minimize long hot-water exposure, exfoliation, and chlorine if you’d like to preserve your stain. Natural henna fades gradually as your skin renews.
